Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 2733
Description[?]:
It is foolish for any party to be allowed to propose a cabinet. Cabinet members report to directly to and fall under the supervision of the Executive according to our Constitution which states "The Cabinet shall aid and advise the Director-General of Zardugal and conduct the policy of the Government", it also states that The Head of Government shall represent the Cabinet and the Government both at home and abroad. He shall chair the Cabinet and shall be responsible for the conduct of public business and the general government policy. Only those in the executive ( The Director-General and Chancellor ) should be allowed to propose cabinets. ooc: I know this doesnt give power to the HoG to propose but i had to work with the options available. |
