Resolved, by the Representative Assembly of the Republic of Cobura, that all railroads and railways shall be owned, operated and maintained and operated by the government. Resolved, that the National Rail Authority shall be created to own, operate, construct and maintain railroads, railways and trains. Resolved, that all railroads, railways and trains owned by regional and/or municipal authorities shall be transferred to the National Rail Authority with the costs of construction, maintenance and procurement reimbursed by the Ministry of Finance. Resolved, that all railroads and railways under private ownership shall be immediately nationalised with compensation at fair value as determined by the National Rail Authority and agreed upon by the Ministry of Finance. Resolved, that privately owned trains shall not be subject to this Act. |
