| SR 121: EO-III -------------------- FROM THE SUPREME PRESIDENT: "By the inherent right and powers vested within the Supreme Presidency, I, Joseph Jerillio, initiate and recognize the following document for the purpose of rooting out and destroying corporate crime." EXECUTIVE ORDER III Authorization of Action for the Ministry of Internal Affairs Section I: Statements Article 1) The Executive hereby orders the incumbent Minister of the Department of Internal Affairs to utilize appropriated powers of the aforementioned office to investigate a series of corruptions networked throughout the entire country regarding corporate crime. Article 2) The Executive hereby orders the Department of Finance to allot the necessary funds for the procedures, investigations, staffing, and other costs to initiate and complete a successful operation. Article 3) The Executive hereby orders the incumbent Minister of the Department of Internal Affairs to take necessary steps in rooting out corporate corruption, scandal, crime, waste, and excessiveness. Section II: Orders Article 1) The Executive hereby orders the Minister of the Department of Internal Affairs to undertake operations to target and eliminate all crime and corruption committed in corporations throughout the country. Section III: Legality Article 1) The order deemed necessary by the Executive will be recognized and established as ruling force upon the receival of 50% of the Senate's vote. |
