| Resolved, by the Lexate of the Respublica Dranii, that the Gravis shall serve as Head of State in a ceremonial capacity. He or she shall be elected by the people of Dranland. Elections shall be held concurrently with each general election. The Gravis shall represent Dranland abroad and may serve as a mediator in crises. Resolved, that the Consul shall serve as Head of Government. He or she shall be responsible for the day-to-day administration of affairs of state. He or she, along with their cabinet, shall be chosen/approved by the Lexate from among their members. |
