The State must be in control in the affairs of scientific & technological advancements. We must ensure the safety of our beautiful citizens through the the testing of cosmetic products on animals through strict regulations. This act will ensure that no animals shall die due to test applications of said products without a strict fine on the applicators. In addition, human cloning can be a very dangerous thing that could be used against the state, along with series of other complications dealing directly with the clones.
