Upon passage of this bill, our ambassador to Hobrazia and all other Luthori government staff located in that country will be recalled to Luthori. The Empire will maintain an established embassy with the recognized government of Hobrazia, presided by the First Party of Hobrazia. Luthori will maintain an embassy of the legitimate government of Hobrazia, composed of politicians from the First Party of Hobrazia.
