| This bill aims to give employers the freedom to fire striking workers, but under the condition that their reasons are valid and have solid ground for the firing of the worker. In the case that a worker files a complaint against the employer, the employer must prepare a detailed legal document expressing and defending the reason for the release. This document shall be submitted to the regional court for evaluation. If the employer is proven guilty of unreasonable firing, they will be forced to re-hire the worker and pay compensation for the damage done. The decision may be appealed to the higher court. |
