Resolved, by the Respublica Dranii, that the National Power Service (NPS) is hereby established as an independent governmental agency. Resolved, that the NPS shall build, own and maintain all power generating stations and shall serve as the sole power provider in Dranland. Resolved, that no new private power corporations may be established. Resolved, that all private power corporations in operation at the time of the passage of this Act shall be nationalised with compensation at fair market value provided by the Ministry of Finance. |
