| Resolved, by the Keymon Assembly, that employers may only terminate the employment of striking workers if the Ministry of Trade and Industry has determined that the strikers have demanded unreasonable demands. The decisions of the Ministry of Trade and Industry regarding striking workers shall be considered final and appeal shall not be permitted. Resolved, that any union may, with a majority of voting members, conduct a strike, including secondary strike action. |

Old value:: Employers are free to fire workers who go on strike.
Current: Employers cannot fire workers who have gone on strike.
Proposed: Employers can fire workers who are deemed to have gone on strike without reasonable reasons.

Old value:: Secondary strike action is illegal. Workers and unions can only go on strike for their own pay and conditions.
Current: Any trade union can go on a sympathy strike in support of other striking workers.
