| This bill aims to restrict the use of land mines in the army by imposing the following rules: 1. Land mines should not be planted on areas where civilians are presently residing within 20 feet from the spot. 2. Location of land mines must be secretly noted for future reference. 3. Land mines must be actively located after the war and defused immediately. Since the civilian President Paul Reagan serves as the military's commander-in-chief, it seems right for this issue to be dealt by the civilian government of Aloria. |
