I'm bored so i decided to introduce a few options that we haven't had for a little bit. I'm putting them straight to vote as they will probably never be passed and everyones views are already well known!! This act would reform the justice system to limit the use of the death penalty to only terrorism charges etc. and would prevent extradition of suspects to nations where torture etc. is widely used. |

Proposed: The death penalty is not applied, except for terrorism, treason and crimes against mankind.

Current: Extradition to nations with capital punishment or with cruel or inhumane treatment of suspects and convicts is not allowed.
