| These are measures we feel it is necessary to take to protect and improve the rights of workers (and non-workers) all across the nation. We feel a minimum wage is a necessity, and the time limit on benefits is ridiculous as it does not take into account a persons efforts to find a job. We feel instead of a time limit, the person should be monitored to ensure they are trying to find a job. |

Old value:: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government. However, the provision of this is not to exceed a certian period of time.

Proposal[?] to change The nation's policy on minimum wage regulation.
Old value:: There is no provision for a minimum wage.
Current: There shall be a minimum wage at a level considered a "living wage," well above the poverty line for a full time worker.
Proposed: There shall be a minimum wage at a level that a full time worker on it can support a family of four without falling under the poverty line.
