| To jumpstart progress and expand the Cildanian economy the following ought to be enacted: Article 1 In the national budget 1,000,000 CDC is set aside for Infrastructure and Transport and this ought to be increased to 50,000,000 CDC Article 2 In the national budget 25,000,000 CDC is set aside for Trade and Industry and this ought to be increased to 75,000,000 CDC Article 3 All funding may only go to corporations or government agencies with at least 55% of their employees in unions |
