The Crownland Foresty Agency Act Sets Forth to the Imperial Diet; 1) Mandated by this Act, all local governments in the Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria, upon passing of this bill, will be required to operate their own foresty management department; local governments can if they choose so can operate jointly-managed foresty departments with other local governments in their vicinity. 2) Local governments, upon passing of this bill, will have the right to contract work to independent foresty companies if they choose so. 3) The Crownland Foresty Agency Act will officialy set up individual Crownland Foresty Agencies that will be in charge of providing oversight to make sure laws are being followed, fund local foresty departments, and give resources to local governments in need. 4) Crownland Foresty Agencies will be under the Ministry of Environment and Tourism; the Ministry of E&T will have the power to appoint Crownland Foresty Directors to lead their respective agencies. |
