Bill: Biological and Chemical Prevention Act of 2768
Details
Submitted by[?]: Communist Party of Jakania
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 2769
Description[?]:
This is a BILL to revoke the current Legislative stance on Military Research and Development of Chemical and Biological Weapons. The Bill will also change the system to allow previously barred Research and Development into Biological and Chemical Agents, Methods of use, and Doctrines in order to allow us the ability to produce and distribute preventative and medical means to counter a Biological or Chemical attack on our own Armed Forces and/or Civillians. Preventing such Research and Development hinders our ability to allow our citizens the knowledge of knowing they are safe even in the most hostile of situations, and give our Troops the satisfaction that they are not blind and defenseless against 'Dirty' Warefare. |
