| To authorize the use of Pontesian Armed Forces for the protection of Gaduridos as requested by the government of Gaduridos to the Pontesian Dynastic Empire. Whereas, in light of the threat to the national security and foreign policy of the Gaduridos posed by these threat to the democracy system; and Whereas, such acts continue to pose an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the Pontesian Dynastic Empire; and Whereas, the Grand-Vizier General has authority under the Constitution to take action to aid and prevent acts aganist democracy against the allied of Pontesi: Now, therefore, be it Resolved by the August Parliament of the Cedar Throne Assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This resolution may be cited as the `Authorization for Use of Military Force to Protect Gaduridos and Creation of Pontesian Protectorate of Gaduridos'. SEC. 2. AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF PONTESIAN ARMED FORCES. (a) IN GENERAL- That the Grand-Vizier General is authorized to use all necessary and appropriate force against nations, organizations, or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed, or aided the destruction of civil liberty and democracy in Gaduridos, in order to prevent any future acts against Gaduridos by such nations, organizations or persons. SEC. 3. AUTHORIZATION FOR THE CREATION OF PONTESIAN PROTECTORATE OF GADURIDOS (a) That the ‘Military Protectorate of Gaduridos’ shall be placed under the protection of the Pontesian Empire and renamed the ‘Pontesian Protectorate of Gaduridos’. (b) The Pontesian Protectorate of Gaduridos (hereafter referred to as the protectorate) shall acknowledge the Pontesian hereditary Monarch and successors as the protectorate’s Head of State. (c) A Viceroy shall be nominated by the native council for approval by the Pontesian Monarch. The Pontesian Monarch and Government shall maintain the right to veto any nomination.
