Bill: Foreign Investment Reform Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Alliance Républicaine Démocratique
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 2782
Description[?]:
A much-needed reform concerning these two sectors: - the stock exchange cannot function and defies its purpose if it is entirely State-ran. - in order to attract foreign investment and to promote a better, smoother international cooperation, we need to support the idea of equality of chances for international firms. As long as the actions of these international firms are regulated in the same way as the operations of any other national firm, there would be no problem in allowing their full access to majority shares. |
