| The realm of Talmoria, which was stolen from His majesty the Emperor of Hulstria by the uncivilized barbarians is descending into civil war. As subjects of the Emperor of all Terra, we should return order to ths land and give it the benefits of an Imperial protectorate under His Majesty Emperor Edward III. Upon passage of this bill, His Majesty's armed forces will be permitted to commence a policing action designed to stabilize the realm of Talmoria and install an Imperial regime. |
