| We are aware that there are certain parties within Parliament who feel strongly that we are not spending enough money on defense, so we are allocating 8 billion TPD of the current surplus to bolster defense spending by 114%. Also, since a pending foreign policy change will result in Telamon handing out a substantially increased amount of foreign aid, we are allocating the remaining 2 billion in major surplus money to the foreign affairs budget. |
