Description[?]:
DUE to the nature of cosmetic applications, the differences in human/animal physiology and the cruelty inflicted on the animals within that field of research, the government will, henceforth and with immediate effect, ban the testing of cosmetic materials on animals within the confines of the Imperium. Testing on human derived skin samples and genetically produced human and animal tissues will be accepted. In regards medical testing, this bill will introduce regulations onto companies utilising animals for medical research insofar as to limit the amount of unnecessary cruelty to animals utilised within the industry whilst also accepting that the use of animals is a recommended route before the use in humans for safety purposes. |
