In recognition that a government intelligence service is necessary for the security of our great nation, the Federal Intelligence act shall require the head of state to establish an intelligence agency. It's primary purpose will be to supply the government with enough information to provide solid security of our nations borders and way of life. The agency shall be limited to counterintelligence and surveillance of other countries. |
