| RECOGNIZING that agriculture is essential for the economic health of the nation and the welfare of the people, REALIZING that Beluzia and Bailon's agricultural sector needs support from the government, AND REALIZING that certain existing regulations need to be relaxed while others need to be tightened to ensure sustainable agriculture, THIS ACT seeks to provide government subsidies for farmers in need and legalize the use of pesticides, while establishing a nation-wide fishing quota. |
