Description[?]:

To Amend the Honours Act 2239 as follows:

The passing of this Act will establish the following honours system:

a) Honours will be proposed by the Grand Vizier General or Head of Government no more than once every 8 years. The proposed honours shall receive the approval of the Monarch before Parliamentary submittal. There will be a limit of 3 honours every 8 years. A Head of Government, if serving more than one term, must ensure that at least 50% of the awarded honours are made to persons outside of their own party if other parties constitute over 30% of the legislature.
b) After the proposal is made, the proposed honours will be submitted to a customary debate and vote in Parliament. A straight majority is required to accept the honours.

The following are a list of the possible honours (in precedence - the top honour being the most prestigious):

--- Honours shall be awarded to those members who have served Pontesi, her overseas realms, territories, protectorates and colonies for an extended period of time and have shown great loyalty. Honours may be awarded posthumously or to those who are alive. A list of eligible people are listed below.

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass.
