| Our nation's citizens are not entirely comprised of children. Let's give them the freedom to choose whether they indulge in tobacco's wonderful goodness upon the age of 18 or not, whether that be cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, dip, etc. However, so that consumers are aware of their potential risks, the following measures should be implemented: -The sale of tobacco products is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. -Smoking shall be probihited in all public facilities as well as private businesses, with the exception of establishments that garner most of their income from the sale of alcohol. However, such a business may choose not to allow smoking. -All tobacco products must contain a health warning, as warranted from the Imperium Congress. -Marketing of tobacco products to children is prohibited. |
