Bill: Powers of Forming a Cabinet

Submitted by[?]: Polaris Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Description[?]:
Having only the Head of State being able to propose cabinets is highly inefficient. At the same time, such powers need to be restricted to parties with seats in the Senate. As such, we propose this change to the Constitution. |
