| PREAMBLE The Ministry of Trade and Industry via its Rutanian Weapon Trade Agency has purchased nuclear weaponry and production rights and schematics in value of 17,391,304,350 RUT. This sum will be transferred from the budget surplus of Rutania to the Hexlon Imperial, a Luthori corporation. In the Appendix there will be listed all the items that Rutania has obtained through this deal. LEGISLATION 1. The Nuclear Weapon Supervisory Committee shall be established by the Senate. 2. The Nuclear Weapon Supervisory Committee shall be the authority which manages and supervises the production and usage of nuclear weapons in the posession of the Rutanian government. 3. The Nuclear Weapons Supervisory Committee shall be constituted by representatives of each political party that has seats in the Senate (one representative from each party) 4. The Nuclear Weapon Supervisory Committee shall be presided by the Minister of Defence. APPENDIX These items are in the possession of the Rutanian government: a) 5 TNB0765 Medium Yield Nuclear Bomb, 500 kt b) Production rights and schematics of the TNB0765. c) 12 SNW0167 Low Yield Nuclear Warhead, 100 kt d) Production rights and schematics of the SNW0167 e) 1 LSMS-743 Imperator V - ICBM system, can carry up to 12 warheads at 15,000 mph for 8,000 miles f) Production rights and schematics of the LSMS-743 Signed by, Isaiah Bergen, Minister of Trade and Industry |
