The bloated public education system shall be abandoned on passage of this act. Esteemed universities and othersuch facilities shall be sold piecemeal and at discount to any persons belonging to a race suited to the business of educating (specifically, to Jews, to Luthorians and to Kalopians), on the understanding that they continue to function as providers of Classical education for a period of no less than three years, to allow time for competing universities to be established. High Schools and othersuch facilities intended for children and young adults shall be phased out completely, in favour of an education and upbringing in the military or in monastic cloisters, at the choice and expense of the parents. Rural and slum education facilities shall be sold for governmental profit, and the children of unimportant persons may be educated directly by their families, or by their community, without governmental oversight. |
