The August Parliament of the Cedar Tree does study and debate those names underlined so as to determine their eligibility to hold the following ranks ordained by the passing of many centuries. By the Grace of God, Emperor Richard I has assented that the following do provide suitable reasons for promotion to the Empire's most great and grand honours list. With the assent of our most Royal Sovereign, the August Parliament of the Cedar Throne do hereby honour Jonathan Carrick and elevate him to a Lord Guardian of the Cedar Throne - the Lord of Poesy. The Parliament does recognise the political, millitary and diplomatic efforts of Jonathan Carrick as Grand-Vizier General for over a decade and are thankful for his great contributions to the Empire. With the assent of our most Royal Sovereign, the August Parliament of the Cedar Throne do hereby honour David Wenck and elevate him to a Knight of the Commonwealth - the Knight of St.Hewlett. The Parliament does recognise the political and diplomatic efforts of David Wenck in securing the protection of Pontesi citizen in the nuclear wasteland during his time as Grand-Vizier General and in the support he provided to the falling economic of Beiteynu by providing loan to the nation. |
