| Police must be given the tools to control every citizen of Lodamun in every concievable way. All citizens must immediately purchase identification cards from their national government. They shall be required to carry them at all times, failure to do so will provide grounds for immediate execution. No-one may be outside after 11pm, unless they have a specific permit authorized by the minister of Justice or Internal Affairs. Our police shall be assisted in these matters by the best weapons money can buy, and they shall not be restricted in how they collect information. |
