| The offices of the Governor-General and the Staatsminister of Greater Hulstria do hereby nominate Wenzeslaus von Hortensiengau to succeed Benedikt Hans-Georg as the the next Imperial Comissioner of the Eastern Territories. Since retiring from politics in the mid 2830s, Wenzeslaus has been involved with several organizations with concerns to the economic and social development in the Eastern Territories. The Governor-General and Staatsminister believe that Wenzeslaus' experience serving as Staatsminister for over 30 years, serving with 5 different Governor-Generals, heading three different cabinet coalitions, and taking into account his recent activity in the Territories, that he will be able to perform the administrative duties of the Imperial Comissioner for the next ten years. |
