Part of the SV's programme of moderate reform we hope to introduce throughout our term in government. We want to move Kazulia in the right direction but this time in a way which is more gradual and can also hopefully win the support of less radical elements within the Stortinget. |

Current: The government does not allow private higher education institutions.
Proposed: The government allows private higher education but regulates it to meet nationally set standards.
