Prospective gun owners should demonstrate their ability to handle such dangerous devices more comprehensively than by just proving thatso far they haven't been known to be violent, just as driving a car requires passing a test and not merely proving that haven`t been driving recklessly so far (which you wouldn't have, not having driven a car at all). |
