| To be able to improve our national infrastructure, the government has to be able to seize private property under exeptional circumstances. Under the terms of this bill, such an action would require proof that the the proposed works a vital, and private owners would be compensated under the terms imposed by an independent body appointed by the courts and would have a right to appeal, as laid down in the law about compensation. |
