In order to form a more organized fighting force in this time of war, the BNR proposes this resolution.

Article 1: The collective armed forces of the Beiteynuese Republic shall hereby be officially known as "The Republican Armed Forces of Beiteynu", and its official acronyms shall be "RAF Beiteynu" and "RAFB".

Article 2: The RAFB shall consist of four branches: "The National Army of the Beiteynuese Republic", official acronym "NABR", which shall be the primary land force; "The National Marine Corps of the Beiteynuese Republic", official acronym "NMCBR", which shall have both land and sea forces, and shall contain the majority of special forces; "The National Air Force of the Beiteynuese Republic", official acronym "NAFBR", which shall be the primary air force; and "The National Navy of the Beiteynuese Republic", official acronym "NNBR", which shall be the primary sea/water force.

Article 3: The RAFB chain of command for the NABR, NMCBR, and NAFBR shall be the following (listed from highest rank to lowest rank):
Officers:
- General of the Army (known as General of the Marine Corps in the NMCBR; known as General of the Air Force in the NAFBR)
- General
- Lieutenant General
- Major General
- Brigadier General
- Colonel
- Lieutenant Colonel
- Major
- Captain
- First Lieutenant
- Second Lieutenant

Enlisted Personnel:
- Command Sergeant Major
- Sergeant Major
- First Sergeant
- Master Sergeant
- Sergeant First Class
- Staff Sergeant
- Sergeant
- Corporal
- Specialist (only conferred to personnel who enter armed forces with a college degree)
- Private First Class (known as Airman First Class in the NAFBR)
- Private Second Class (known as Airman Second Class in the NAFBR)
- Recruit (known as Airman Recruit in the NAFBR)

Article 4: The RAFB chain of command for the NNBC shall be the following (listed from highest rank to lowest rank):
Officers:
- Admiral of the Navy
- Admiral
- Vice Admiral
- Rear Admiral
- Captain
- Commander
- Lieutenant Commander
- Lieutenant
- Junior Lieutenant
- Ensign

Enlisted Personnel:
- Command Master Chief Petty Officer
- Master Chief Petty Officer
- Senior Chief Petty Officer
- Chief Petty Officer
- Petty Officer First Class
- Petty Officer Second Class
- Petty Officer Third Class
- Seaman First Class
- Seaman Second Class
- Seaman Recruit

Article 5: The paramilitary force known as the Beiteynuese Republican Volunteers (BRV), while not part of the RAFB, shall be considered an ally of the RAFB and will be allowed to fight alongside RAFB troops. However, BRV soldiers must follow the RAFB chains of command. The leader of the BRV shall be given a Major's commission in the NABR.

Article 6: To reiterate, the President of the Republic is the Commander-in-Chief of the RAFB; therefore, the president's orders supersede those of all officers and enlisted personnel of all branches of the RAFB and BRV. The Prime Minister and Chair of the National Parliament serves as the field representative of the President of the Republic; therefore, if the prime minister is relaying orders given to him or her by the president, then the prime minister's orders supersede those of all officers and enlisted personnel of all branches of the RAFB and BRV.
