Upon the passage of this Act, the following proposals shall become law. |

Article 2

Current: Public transport is fully subsidised by the government.
Proposed: Local governments decide upon the funding policy.

Old value:: The state provides public housing to low-income families.
Current: The state contracts with private companies to provide public housing.
Proposed: Housing policy is to be determined by local governments.
