In November 2872 the Agrarian Party held a huge People's Congress in Radix, Ananto. There, the 5000 delegates of the Party Congress met with tens of thousands of supporters in what is known as the "Open Policy". Hundreds of proposals were submitted to the Political Bureau - the council of 15 party officials running the party. Elections of the Political Bureau were also held:

Communist Faction: 8 (Helena Ponte-Maschi, Lodewijk Verta, An-Sofie Caspel, Jagon Culaert, Hemsen Culaert, Els Sannaert, Melinde Sannaert)

Young Agrarian Faction: 4 (Rupert de Jahú, Johan de Jahú, Karel Viljoen, Hijkon Lysyë)

Anarchist Faction: 2 (Karel Uytheena, Arnoud Misplon)

Old Agrarian Faction: 1 (Frederik Maestenij)

The new Political Bureau agreed on a couple of measures to be proposed by the Agrarian Party in the Assembly.
