| This Bill hereby gives the Order of Pain and Sacrifice the leadership of the Inquisition within the five counties of Kafuristan, with the aim of rooting out heresy. They are to be given a free hand, and it is not for us to judge their methods in purging these lands of those who do not believe in the One True Faith. Currently the law acknowledges that religious doctrine determines the death penalty, and that it is at the discretion of the officer to torture suspects. |
