| We recognise that at the moment the number of Deltarians, and Terran Catholics, within the State are very limited. Therefore we propose that immigration be encouraged from Deltarian and related ethnic groups, and from Terran Catholics in general. Therefore offices will be located, and government funds made available, for the encouragement of migration. Offices will be established in all of the key cities within Deltaria, as well as within Jelbania, and within the capitals Selucia, Jakania and Kalopia. Specific emphasis will also be placed upon Tokundi within Cobura, where we hope to encourage the mass immigration of Tokundians to these shores. We must build a strong Crusader State within these lands. Although the Knights can maintain a powerbase for themselves, it will help if a large slice of the population shares our values. Of course the natives will be converted, but we must remember they are still tainted by the curse of Ham. Furthermore only refugees of Terran Catholic extraction will be welcomed. |
