| The Shareholders of The Imperial East Terra Company do hereby notify this territory and those of other Princes, that the following honours are to be awarded in recognition of The Company's appreciation towards those undersigned persons here recorded. John Dresden is to be granted the honourary title of 'Commodore of the Imperial East Terra Company' and may use the prefix 'Commodore' or 'CIC' after his name. The award is in recognition of Dresden's full support during the establishment and early years of The Company whilst serving as Pontesian Grand Vizier General. |
