| The The Liberal Party propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the United Republics of Lodamun. Upon passage of this resolution, we, the Parliament of the United Republics of Lodamun, do hereby express our agreement with the sale of 12 HSV 2 Swift vessels to the Loyal Kingdom of Gaduridos and Fotheringhay as negotiated by the Minister of Defense. The terms of the agreement as as follows: -12 HSV 2 Swift vessels to be delivered in four batches of three vessels each. Each batch will be delivered in a 3-5 year interval. -Each vessel will be sold to the Loyal Kingdom of Gaduridos and Fotheringhay for a discount price of ten billion LOD. -Payment will be made in full upon shipment of the first batch (scheduled for August 2878). |
