Preabmle: REALISING that Solentian Education has been seriously damaged by constant change, RECOGNISING that the balance of private and public education systems has proven to be delicate but neccessasry Article 1: We, the Senate of the Federal Republic, do hereby create provision for the establishment of a National Education Review to take place accross the nation, to assess literacy, numeracy and general standard of education in all educational institutions. Article 2: We, the Senate of the Federal Republic, do hereby create provision for the absolute exemption of International Academies from the National Education Review to prevent Foreign and non-Solentian children, teenagers and learners from being included in the base report.
