| This bill asks for the ratification of the <a href="viewtreaty.php?treatyid=1668">Haven WorldWide Treaty (PMC)</a>. If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law. Given the recent occupation of Kafuristan there is a real need to train and arm a new generation of Kafur troops to lift the burden from the overstretched security forces and brave local fida'i who have battled Terran Catholic occupiers and terrorists for years. However we are not replacing one set of foreign occupiers with another. The presence of Haven WorldWide troops will be strictly controlled and monitored. When the need for Haven WorldWide troops does arise these will work in concert with Kafur forces. |
