| To authorize the use of Pontesian Armed Forces for the protection of NATO force in Teocrático Reino de Drania as requested by NATO to the Pontesian Dynastic Empire. Whereas, in light of the violation to the agreement between Teocrático Reino de Drania and NATO with regard to NATO force in Teocrático Reino de Drania; and Whereas, such acts continue to pose an unusual and extraordinary threat to NATO force in Teocrático Reino de Drania; and Whereas, the Grand-Vizier General has authority under the Constitution and obligation to NATO to take action to aid and prevent acts aganist NATO: Now, therefore, be it Resolved by the August Parliament of the Cedar Throne Assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This resolution may be cited as the `Authorization for Use of Military Force to Protect NATO forces in Teocrático Reino de Drania'. SEC. 2. AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF PONTESIAN ARMED FORCES. (a) IN GENERAL- That the Grand-Vizier General is authorized to use all necessary and appropriate force against nations, organizations, or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed, or aided the attack against NATO force in Teocrático Reino de Drania, in order to prevent any future acts against NATO by such nations, organizations or persons. |
