| The Shareholders of The Imperial East Terra Company do hereby notify this territory and those of other Princes, that the following honours are to be awarded in recognition of The Company's appreciation towards those undersigned persons here recorded. Kathryn Lincoln is to be awarded the honourary title of 'Captain of The Imperial East Terra Company' for services rendered to NATO and the effort to achieve global peace. Captain Lincoln shall legitimately use 'Captain' as a prefix or CA as a suffix or both. Captain Lincoln will be awarded 6 acres of Company land as established by The Honours Act. |
