Bill: Malpractice Reform Act of 2902

Details

Submitted by[?]: Constitutionalist Imperial League (IA)

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 2903

Description[?]:

We believe it is a fundamental right of every citizen to sue for malpractice without limits on monetary damages awarded. However, it is to be made clear that if someone loses a suit of law, he or she is to pay for the time of the court and the defendant and may be subject to a counter suit and to charges of wasting the court's time (a misdemeanour).
