In accordance with the constitution of the Federation of Zardugal I hereby call for the formation of a cabinent to serve the people of Zardugal. In accordance with the Deputy Ministers Act as well as the Deputy Director-General Act I will be requesting a full cabinent be formed. To correspond with each Minister a Deputy Minister shall serve and be afforded the rights of office as per the nature of the act.
