A child cannot be expected to have the competence to decide to engage in a high-risk activity such as smoking, we therefore propose that its sale to minors be made illegal. Should a parent choose to allow their child to smoke then that is their choice & no retailer should be able to sell such products to a child whose parents want them smoke-free. |
