| This bill ends government support of adults. This not only saves money for the government, but forces those who recieve money to get a job, and stop living on governments expense. Government is not in the buisness of handing out money for nothing, the people must earn it themselves. |

Old value:: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government.
Current: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a reasonable, though not high, standard of living by the government.
Proposed: There shall be no direct cash payments to individuals to guarantee a minimum income.
