As part of the overall shift towards local governments, certain duties handled by local governments shall have a national board of experts to cooridnate inter-nation activity upon request. A committee of experts and staff shall be available to advise and arbitrate between different Lodamese nations(who shall use their own funds for each. Local money shall stay where it originates).
For this purpose, slight increases are given to the following departments:
Head of Government / the executive
Health and Social Services
Science and Technology
Food and Agriculture
Infrastructure and Transport

300 million from internal affairs shall go to justice, and 200 shall be cut in a move designed to prioritize the law system in Lodamun.

Environment shall be cut, as it will be handled by local governments and directed by the national government. Trees can take care of themselves without funding.
