| We must free ourselves from the destructive influence the foreigners have upon our people. They must be ordered to leave this free country, and we must tolerate no other Oeguk-in. In light of the Nationality and Language Act of April 2968, all those not belonging to the Kyo, Welsh or Dranian nationalities are not considered citizens of the Holy Kingdom of Deulatoji. With the exception of the non-citizens of Kazulian origin, all other non-citizens are ordered to evacuate the Holy Kingdom within 30 days. They may take with them sums of money not larger than DRA 1,000 per capita. The rest of their properties shall be nationalized. |
